Orders

Orders placed through the website are done so using a secure payment process. Our servers feature industry standard SSL encryption. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for order processing once you have placed your order

Customers must be 18 years of age to order products from Metadyne Industries Inc. It is the customer’s responsibility to know their local laws and regulations regarding the purchase and use of paintball markers and equipment.

Domestic (US) Shipping

Metadyne Ships all packages using USPS. Customers have the ability to select the shipping method for their order, based on the order weight and shipment destination.

Customers will receive a shipment confirmation email once their package has shipped. This email will contain the shipment tracking/delivery confirmation number (if available).

International Shipping

Metadyne Ships all packages using USPS. Customers have the ability to select the shipping method for their order, based on the order weight and shipment destination.

International customers will receive a shipment confirmation email once their package has shipped. This email will contain the shipment tracking/ customs number (if available).

International customers are responsible for knowing the local laws and regulations regarding the purchase and use of paintball markers and paintball equipment. Metadyne Industries Inc. is not responsible for prohibited item seizures by the destination country’s customs.

Backorders

This website displays current and accurate inventory status. Products listed as in stock are available to ship immediately. Customers are able to place orders for backordered products. When checking out the customer will be prompted to select their shipping preference for orders with backordered items:

  • Ship Complete – Ship only the complete order. With this option the order may be held while it awaits backordered parts
  • Ship Available – Ship all available parts, then ship the remaining parts when they become available. With this option the user may receive 2+ shipments for their order. Keep in mind the customer will incur shipping charges for each part of their order.

Most backordered parts will display an estimated delivery date. This is the date we expect to be re-stocked with the backordered product.

Returns

Unopened items may be returned for a full refund (minus shipping costs) within 30 days of order shipment. Open, used, or damaged items will not be accepted for return. Returns must be pre-approved and accompanied by a Return Authorization Number. You can request a Return Authorization Number by emailing us at info@metadyneindustries.com, or by calling us at 208.321.9568.

Metadyne Industries Inc. Warranty

Metadyne Industries Brand Products carry a limited lifetime warranty. This includes all Hard Parts manufactured by Metadyne Industries, and does not include products manufactured and branded by 3rd party companies or soft goods such as t-shirts and hats that may be susceptible to normal wear. This warranty covers your products from manufacturer’s defects, through normal use and wear, for as long as you own the product. If at any time your Metadyne Industries Product fails, send it back for a replacement. You are responsible for the postage to return the defective part to Metadyne. We reserve the right to replace your product with one of equal value in the event the product is not in stock or no longer available.

Presale events

Presales are designed to generate funds to develop products and fund all production costs to make the item being sold.  Release dates are subject to change to allow for unforseen issues.  No refunds are allowed.  Once product has been delivered, it is subject to all warranties expressed by Metadyne above.
